fnmoc WW3 grib data on USGODAE

Hello everybody !

I encounter serious problems near the coastlines when I use the
significant wave height of the FNMOC WW3 grib data on the USGODAE
server. For example, there is no more data in the gribfiles at the
mediterranean sea and next to the coastlines. (constant value = 13).

The problem occurs since the runs starting yesterday 23 August 12Z ...

Is anybody in the same situation then I am ? Is this an exceptional
situation or will it change ?
