problems logging on to the help archives

Hi Jen,

Probably it will help to turn on the Java script/Java/Allow cookies in your
web browser. If using Firefox with Adlock/NoScript add-ons, try to turn off
the Adlock/NoScript when login.
I received a password few week ago and login OK. The web browser I use is
Firefox.
