problems logging on to the help archives

Hello,



I have tried several times in the past few months to obtain a password to
allow me to look at the GrADS user help archives, and each time I get a
confirmation message back saying that I have successfully registered.
However, when I try to logon I always get a user authorization failure.  Has
anyone else had this problem?  Is there an alternative archive site?
