<br>Hi Jen,<br><br>Probably it will help to turn on the Java script/Java/Allow cookies in your web browser. If using Firefox with Adlock/NoScript add-ons, try to turn off the Adlock/NoScript when login.<br>I received a password few week ago and login OK. The web browser I use is Firefox.

months to obtain a password to allow me to look at the GrADS user help
archives, and each time I get a confirmation message back saying that I have successfully
registered. However, when I try to logon I always get a user authorization
failure. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there an alternative archive
