unavailable variables NCEP GFS model

Here NCEP GFS forecast:

many variables marked as "hidden"
What is?

This is unavailable variables?
Example, tmax2m, tmin2m and other...


I run with Grads:

sdfopen http://nomad3.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods/gfs/gfs20061017/gfs_00z

(also set lon, set lat, set t...)

also 'd tmp2m' - It is not successfully :(

I not can use this variables?
