grads is in fedora extras and there is a yum repository of rebuilt of
fedora extras for centos which should be right. Otherwise you can
rebuild the srpms, or inspect them for patches. hdf, netcdf, libdap
are also there:

As in the grads in fedora the GPL incompatible bits are removed, so there
is no libsx nor lats.
