Error opening meta file

Hi all,
Just wanted to give the solution to the problem for the next user
with the same problem.

So I fixed my own problem with some searching through the archives.
It turns out that I needed to change the permission in my directory
in order to create any new files such as the .gm file for my image.
Problem is solved thanks to pass problems!
