Help to read grib files

Have you noticed my first reply in this topic?

The grib2ctl.pl requires wgrib version> v1.74
but in the official bin distribution of GrADS1.9b4, the wgrib version is
old, which could cause some problem.
you'd better download the new wgrib srouce code from NOAA & make it.
