Help to read grib files

Dear Grus,
 Yes I saw your email and the problem is that I am new in grads and I downloaded the wgrib.tar file from NOAA site and its presently on my system, it is my grib_files folder. I do not know what next to do?

 but in the official bin distribution of GrADS1.9b4, the wgrib version is old, which could cause some problem.
 you'd better download the new wgrib srouce code from NOAA & make it.
