Trouble building grads from source

The supplibs tarfile is here:

ftp://grads.iges.org/grads/Supplibs/1.9/grads-1.9b3-supplibs-darwin6.8.tar.gz

Untar it in the level just above where you untarred the src tarball. Then
rerun configure. --Jennifer
