Trouble building grads from source

Hi,

I downloaded the grads-1.9b4 sources yesterday, to try and build them
on my MacOS X 10.4 system.  The configure script, however, complained
that various required libraries were missing from 'supplibs', which I
don't have and which isn't mentioned on the GrADS download site.
Specifically, it complained about not finding libreadline.a, libz.a,
and libudunits.a, all of which I have installed in the standard
locations.  I've attached a file containing the configure output.

Also, it was looking for a freq.h header, which I didn't recognize;
from what package does freq.h come?
