Color scale and shading

Hi mates,

Apologise if this question was asked before, but really, I do not know how
to do it. I am displaying the temperature fields in multi-levels for
different months. I am using shading mood (set gxout shaded). I need to
define the same colour scale for the same level in each month. Fore example,
I need the colour scale for t2m at 0000 UTC always the same in January,
February, March,..December.

Could you let me know how to do it, please. If there is a script for that,
can you tell me how to use it pleas. Because, I conceder my self as a new
user in Grads.
