Boundaries for Russia and its neighbourhood

Dear colleagues,

At the moment there is no standard GrADS data set with boundaries for Russia, 
Ukraine etc. Only former USSR boundaries are available. I would like to ask if 
GrADS datasets with new polytical boundaries are available.
