Cloud cover algorithm

 Hello,

 I want to add in RIP (MM5 model) total cloud cover, low/mid/high
level cloud cover and I'm searching for good algorithm to calculate
this fields based on Pressure/T/Td.

 Any comments and ideas are welcome!
