question for gridmap

Hi, Diane:
    It still does not work.
I download GRIBMAP.EXE into the same directory of *.ctl. in WindowsXp.
Then run it, the error appears:

Stub exec failed:
dos4gw.exe
No such file or directory

If I run GRIBMAP.EXE in Unix, it says:

GRIBMAP.EXE: cannot execute binary file

So could you tell me what kind of mistakes I've made?
Thanks!

Wenting
