[gradsusr] Problem installing GrADS software

I am running a Windows 10 system and have been trying to install GrADS.  I
download the package from cola.gmu.edu then  I try to run the installation.
The GrADS program appears to start and brings up the dialog screen.  But
after a few seconds, everything shuts down.  I'm not sure what I am doing
wrong.  

 

Can anyone here suggest what I need to do?
