[gradsusr] GrADS not finding GRIB2 or HDF5

Hello,
The configuration of GrADS keeps producing the following output:

I don't understand why it's not picking up GRIB2 or HDF5 even though both 
libraries are installed in standard paths (/usr). Thanks.
