[gradsusr] How to Extract CMIP6 data

sir,i have have CMIP6 data. In the each file all latitudes and longitudes and year wise rainfall data is there. It is text file means flat file. How to extract the file to convert to .csv and netcdf file. Kindly help .It is urgent to me to use this data in the project. Please help me .Using GRADS or any means pleasewith best regardsnagarjuna
