[gradsusr] Installing 2.2.1 on Ubuntu 18.04 (Andrew Friedman)

Andrew,

Thanks for the suggestion. However, on further investigation I think that
version still has the day-of-week bug. Therefore, it is actually GrADS
2.2.2 which I am looking to install and that does not currently exist in
OpenGRADS as far as I know.
