[gradsusr] problem with "gadsdf"

How is GrADS installed on your system? Please share the output from 'q config'.
It would also be helpful to see the time-axis related information from the output of ncdump -h on your netcdf file.

In the past while I used Ubuntu as Linux, I never had problems reading netcdf archives with GrADS.
Now I install the Fedora 33, and I cannot open any netcdf archive, the error is:
gadsdf: Error parsing time units in SDF file
