[gradsusr] problem with "gadsdf"

In the past while I used Ubuntu as Linux, I never had problems reading
netcdf archives with GrADS.
Now I install the Fedora 33, and I cannot open any netcdf archive, the
error is:
gadsdf: Error parsing time units in SDF file
