[gradsusr] 're' error syntax not found

Hi,

‘re' is a user-defined function that isn’t part of the official GrADS distribution.
‘lterp’ is a built-in function since version 2 that has much of the same functionality: http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/gradfunclterp.html
