[gradsusr] Error reported in the g2clib library installation

Dear Jennifer,
Thank you for your reaching out. 
I have tried your method and installed g2clib successfully. But when I installed all the libraries and finally installed the grads, an error occurred again as below:

It still doesn't seem to solve the underlying problem. Do you know how to solve it?
