[gradsusr] Accessing geos-5 servers using GrADS

Hi Avi,

You'll have to put your credentials into the OPeNDAP URL, and use 
sdfopen, e.g.,

sdfopen 
https://username:password@goldsmr4.gesdisc.eosdis.nasa.gov/dods/M2I1NXASM
