[gradsusr] Drawing a symbol in a time-latitude plot

Hi Lyndz,

There is a GrADS command w2xy that should take world coordinates as 
input and return inches on the page.  So, in your example below if you 
enter:

ga-> q w2xy 00Z01AUG2019 10

where 00Z01AUG2019 is time and 10 is latitude 10N.  GrADS will return 
the location on the page, which you can then use in drawing a symbol 
using "draw string".
