[gradsusr] area and vertical average

Thanks!  These are extremely helpful; they only seem to be available in 
the latest version, which is why I didn't know about them.

I did install the newest version, but can't get it to work.

dyld: Library not loaded: /Users/jma/grads/supplibs/lib/libpng15.15.dylib
   Referenced from: /adaptive/applications/grads/bin/grads
   Reason: image not found
Abort

I do have

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  345568 Oct 29  2016 
/opt/X11/lib/libpng15.15.dylib

but I did not see in the install directions how to point to that instead 
of the preset /Users/jma.  Alas, I do not have administrator privileges 
on my machine.  Is there something I can do to point to the right place?
