[gradsusr] grib2ctl.pl issue since 12th june 12 UTC runs and all actual runs

I know g2ctl has this, but does grib2ctl.pl have an input arg -ts[TIME]
where you can set the time step for the control file when calling the
script?

grib2ctl.pl -ts3hr file.grb
