[gradsusr] How to interchange the contour to height as a function of pressure

Dear User forum,

My ultimate aim is to plot geo-potential height at 500hPa pressure level. I have a grd of global pressure with height (terrine following).

>From this I want to get the height contour as a function of pressure, how I can do that.
