[gradsusr] Build GrADS from source.

Hi all.
Please help me.


I tried to install GridS from source on ubuntu 16.04 x64 but there are some
errors, as follows:
- When executing the "./configure" command, no error occurred, but when
viewing the config.log file there are some errors (in the attached file)
- when executing the "make" command, there is an error:

libtool: link: cannot determine absolute directory name of `..//lib'

Makefile:711: recipe for target 'libgxpGD.la' failed

make[2]: *** [libgxpGD.la] Error 1

make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/hdong/grads-2.2.1/src'

Makefile:610: recipe for target 'all' failed

make[1]: *** [all] Error 2

make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/hdong/grads-2.2.1/src'

Makefile:458: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed

make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1


I have installed the required libraries and modules as required at
http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/supplibs.html
I do not understand why the error occurred.
