[gradsusr] Undefined parameter table

Two different problems

|  Undefined parameter table (center 57-2 table 128), using NCEP-opn

wgrib does not come with the USAF (center = 57) grib table 128.  So
wgrib does not know the names of the variables.  So it is using the
names from the NCEP operational talbe.  That is usually good for
kpds7=1..127. The *.ctl file will use the NCEP name, but you have
been warned that the name may be incorrect.

| When I try to plot SNODsfc field in GrADS from the control file that was
created after that error showed up, it just says "Entire Grid Undefined."

This is problem 2.

This is a northern polar stereo graphic grid.  However, the 1st point is
in the Southern Hemisphere. (lat=-20.8 lon=145).  So GrADS is having
problem display this grid.
