[gradsusr] Issues opening GOES-16 NetCDF files

Karl and Jeff,

     The problem is that the GOES-16 data aren't on a constant grid or 
on a standard map projection, so I don't know of an easy way to make a 
GrADS control file that can adequately capture the navigation 
information in the file.  I've resorted to writing FORTRAN 90 code to 
remap the GOES-16 data onto a lat / lon grid and then plotting that in 
GrADS.
