[gradsusr] Issues opening GOES-16 NetCDF files

This page (http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/gradcomdxdfopen.html) will give
you all the information you need to create a control file. You can use
ncdump -h or ncdump -c to get the attribute and dimension information and
coordinate dumps needed.
