[gradsusr] Help installing GraDS 2.2 on Fedora 24

Hi all,

I have GraDS 2.0.2 installed on my Fedora 24 using dnf install, it fails to open netcdf files giving the error:

"gadsdf: Error parsing time units in SDF file"

I am now trying to install the GraDS 2.2 version hoping the error will be resolved in it.
Kindly advise on the steps to follow for a successful installation.
