[gradsusr] Label all contours AND get rid of white rectangle background

Hi Miquel,

Okay, that explains why it didn't work since I am using v2.0.2 of GrADS.
Again thank you for your suggestion though.  Has anyone ever figured out
how to get rid of the white rectangles in version 2.0.2 of GrADS?
