[gradsusr] How to install Pygrads package in python (windows PC)

Hi,

I have installed anaconda3 in my windows (64-bit) PC. I want to install
grads package to python to process some climate data. I am very new to
python and could not succeed in installing pygrads package.

Can anyone help me
