[gradsusr] New GrADS

Somehow I dropped off the mailing list and missed the announcement of the new GrADS. A user asked new to install it, but I am confused at the initial setup.
I installed everything in /usr/local/grads-2.2.0
So I have a bin and lib directory there. When I run ./grads, it asked me to set the GUADPT. I have tried that with no luck. What do I need to get off the ground:
