[gradsusr] Calculation of Average of One day of the month for Multiple Years (e.g. Avg. of 1 Dec of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013)

Is there any method to calculate the average of the temperature data of the same day for multiple years (e.g. 1 Dec of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013) with some function available in GrADS? It is a big problem? Need solution.
