[gradsusr] String Element

Draw a filled rectangle of approximately the size you expect the string to
span on the page (you will have to do some guessing, but you can get an
estimate based on what you set for strsiz).
Make sure to draw the filled rectangle first, otherwise it will cover over
the text.
