[gradsusr] Error with mfhilo function

you need to point to the actual script location, especially if it's not in
the directory you are working in when you invoke Grads. so...
'run full/path/to/script/mfhilo args...'
or you can set the environmental variable GASCRP to wherever your script is
located to not have to type in the full path to th escript code. Of course,
any scripts that are not in that location will still require you to type
the full path for them to work.
