[gradsusr] Templating GFS analyses

Aside from the typo that Victor pointed out, you should use templates for initialization date and forecast hour: 
    DSET ^gfs_4_%iy4%im2%id2_%f200_000.grb2
Otherwise the date stamping won’t be correct if your forecast hour goes past 24.
