[gradsusr] CentOS 7 support

Hi GrADS developers,

Is there any plan to release a CentOS 7 compatible version of GrADS?  I tried installing GrADS 2.1.1.b0 (CentOS 6 version) and it works for the most part. The only errors I can deduce are weirdly distorted plots in the graphics window and/or no plots at all. The latest epel version (2.0.2; https://centos.pkgs.org/7/epel-x86_64/grads-2.0.2-7.el7.x86_64.rpm.html ) doesn't work at all from what I can tell.

I am using CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core). I didn't want to install CentOS 6 as it is being phased out.
