[gradsusr] lterp problems

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the response, I don't think lterp uses the time, or anything
other than the grid from the second control file. Anyways, I tried out
your suggestion and then discovered I had a file called foo.bin in that
same directory....it was screwing up lterp. I deleted the file and
everything works!
