[gradsusr] COLA radar image

Hi, Matt —
There are now two national scale radar maps.
The original with the topography background is at
   http://wx.gmu.edu<http://wx.gmu.edu>/img/cur/currad.png.
The new one with the VIS satellite backround is at
   http://wxmaps.org<http://wxmaps.org>/pix/currad2.png
