[gradsusr] COLA radar image

[Matt Bunkers - WFO UNR]

Hi Jennifer,

I noticed that this radar image is two days old:

However, I also discovered this radar image:

Is this an upgrade/replacement to the previous?  Either way, I really like
these national scale radar images.
