[gradsusr] grib1 data cannot build map file

Hi all,
I met some problem when using COLA's Grads to analyze the dataset ds082.0 I
requested from this address
http://rda.ucar.edu/datasets/ds082.0/index.html#!cgi-bin/datasets/getSubset?dsnum=082.0&action=customize&_da=y&gindex=1
.
It's a grib1 data. So, first I use grib2ctl utility to get the data
description file.
Then, when I use the command "gribmap -i data.ctl", I got the following
error:
grib1map error: grid specification for GRIB grid type 29/30.
                grid scaling must indicate a 2.5 x 2.5 grid
                grid size must be 144 x 73
                grid must go from 0 to 357.5 and -90 to 90
I did not need the data for global scale. I just downloaded the dataset for
indian ocean. How can I open this data subset in Grads.
