[gradsusr] wgrib2.0.3

Hi,

In order to plot high resolution MeteoFrance Arome data (1.3km grid), I
need to install the latest version of wgrib2 (2.0.3 I think) otherwise
GrADS crashes when I try to plot any variables.

If anybody can compile or offer a windows executable of wgrib2.0.3 I would
be very grateful as I have no idea how to compile on my system
