[gradsusr] Harmonic Dial

Dear Gradsusers,
I have calculated phase angle in 24hrs from harmonic analysis for each grid
and the result are in netcdf format. Is there a grads script that I can use
to generate a harmonic dial diagram with arrows specifying a given hour of
the day.
