[gradsusr] Hi Res Issues

Hi guys,

I have decided to do some maps with land and ocean filled, which works 
fine with mres & lowres, however, when I use hires it doesnt cover the 
entirity of the my map (see image). After researching this I found that 
hires is only available for the USA, my question is, is this still the 
case or is there a 'workaround' to make the hires work for other areas.
