[gradsusr] Error on printim with bgImage

Miquel,

Try this:  first rename your background image so that there are no
upper-case characters (B in this case), then try your printim again.  I had
done some testing and it seems the printim command does not like upper-case
characters...go figure!

I'm using GrADS v2.0.2.oga.2, 64-bit version for Linux, so it won't
necessarily apply to your case.
