[gradsusr] Mask out Canada and Mexico, only including US grid cells in the analysis

Dear Gradsusr,

I would like to have use a text file about the coordinates of conterminous
US boundary, and mask out the region outside it (mask out Canada, Mexico)
for my analysis. Could you let me know how to create this boundary file and
how to mask out the regions outside?
